Summit Therapy Services was established in October 2007 as the Therapy Division of Peak Resources located throughout the state of North Carolina. It it is the mission and commitment of Peak Resources/Summit Therapy Services to serve the nursing and rehabilitation needs of the community and to maintain or enhance the quality of lives of those we serve to the highest possible levels. 

It is our purpose to be the preeminent provider and employer of choice in this service area. Trained and compassionate personnel whose purpose is to serve the needs of our residents and their families will provide nursing and support services. Our facility will be maintained in a clean, secure, and fire-safe environment in a manner that is as home-like and comfortable as possible. We are at your service.
